30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to be fully satisfied with your Slide Back belt. If it's not right for you, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return it for a full refund.

How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at contact@getslideglobal.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. We will confirm your return and provide you with the return address.
  3. Send the item back in its original packaging, unused and in resalable condition (unless it is faulty).
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.
  • Original shipping costs are refunded only if the item is faulty or was sent in error.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item is faulty.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you also benefit from the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, which runs from the day you (or a third party you designate) receive the goods. Our 30-day guarantee above extends this period as a goodwill policy.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, simply contact us at contact@getslideglobal.com before the deadline stating your decision to withdraw from the purchase.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your Slide Back belt arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs, at no cost to you.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, items that have been used are only eligible for return if they are faulty or not as described.
