Where We Ship

We currently ship to Estonia and Finland. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your location, contact us before ordering at contact@getslideglobal.com.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Times

  • Estonia: approximately 2–5 business days after dispatch.
  • Finland: approximately 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order. Free shipping applies to the duo deal bundle (two belts at €99), as indicated on our product pages.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us at contact@getslideglobal.com with your order number and we'll investigate with our shipping partner.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect address provided by the customer. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error — we'll do our best to correct it before dispatch.

Customs & Import Duties

As we currently ship only within the EU (Estonia and Finland), no customs duties or import taxes apply to your order.
